Jamie Berry - CEO - Founder

As the Founder and President of Veteran & Enlisted Targeted Solutions Inc. (VETS Inc.), my passion for veteran advocacy runs deep. Through my experiences in the U.S. Army and my time with the Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges veterans face beyond their service. From encouraging veterans to address physical and mental health issues, to guiding them through vocational training programs, my vision for VETS Inc. is clear: to lift up veterans who have fallen through the cracks of the system, with boots on the ground homeless outreach, vocational training programs, recreational activities and assisting others in achieving a better quality of life through, veterans helping veterans.

I am a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served 7 years of active duty, followed by 4 years with the Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs as a Veterans Service Representative, where I helped veterans with disability claims and enrollment into VA healthcare. My professional background also includes 13 years of management experience in manufacturing and as a finance manager in the automotive indstury. .

On a personal level, I am a father to three wonderful children, two amazing stepchildren, and a proud grandfather to two grandchildren, whom I love to spoil. I am a cancer survivor and have been cancer free for 12 years now. I enjoy traveling with my beautiful wife and cheering on my beloved Kentucky Wildcats basketball team. With these experiences shaping my life, I’m committed to ensuring that VETS Inc. becomes a beacon of hope for veterans, bridging the gaps in care and support while fostering a community of veterans dedicated to helping one another.

Roberto Saprissa III - Vice President Board Of Directors

Roberto Saprissa is a retired Army veteran, husband, father and man of God. The Army values - Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage - are the principles that every Soldier lives by. The moment a Veteran commits to defending this country and embodying these values, they earn the right to the best resources and support available.

VETS Inc. (Veteran & Enlisted Targeted Solutions Inc.) is dedicated to serving Veterans and their families, providing them with the essential resources and assistance they need to thrive and meet their goals. As a proud Veteran with 21 years of service, including both Active Duty and Army Reserves, I have had the privilege of deploying and serving in various assignments alongside exceptional Soldiers. Now, through VETS Inc., I continue to serve Veterans and their families.

My military experience has helped me grow professionally, and I earned my degree in Physical Therapy, along with a Master's Degree from American Military University. As a therapist, I have the honor of helping many Veterans regain functionality and independence, allowing them to achieve their personal goals. I am also a proud Christian, father, and husband, and I cherish spending time with my family.

I value physical fitness and its role in supporting mental health, a topic I explored in my master's thesis, which focused on how physical activity can improve the quality of life for individuals with PTSD. After dedicating 21 years to military service, my family is my top priority, and I strive to spend as much time with them as possible.

With my background in working with Veterans and understanding their unique challenges, I am committed to using my skills to support VETS Inc. My goal is to provide Veterans and their families with the resources and solutions they deserve, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need - and more. Scouts Out!

Allison Stull - Treasurer - CFO Board of Directors -

About Our Treasurer- Allison Stull is the daughter and sister of Army Veterans, and the mother-in-law to an active service Marine. With multiple other veteran family members, her heart is very tender when it comes to the needs and struggles of our veterans. Allison is the proud mother of three and Nana to 10 Littles, who are all her pride and joy. She raised her family to hold the utmost respect for those Americans who sign a blank check to serve our country.

She has been the driving force in the establishment and success of five businesses. She was co-owner of three of those, and treasurer of four. She has an extensive understanding of finance and is eager to apply her knowledge to assist in the success of such a noble cause.

Allison currently resides in Brandenburg, KY, with her canine sidekick Tucker. She has a strong faith in God and credits Him for for this opportunity to serve a very deserving sector of our society. In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with close friends, hiking, boating, as well as quiet nights at home.

Jo Ann Lake - Secretary Board of Directors

Jo Ann Lake is a civil service retiree with 18 years of experience with Veterans Health Administration as a Program Support Assistant. She was recognized with an Achievement Medal for total commitment to community and country. She has a strong drive to help veterans and is deeply passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those less fortunate. She actively seeks opportunities to provide support and up lift veterans facing challenges in her community. Sincere and charitable in her actions, lives a meaningful life and finds strength in her faith

. She honorably served in the U.S. Army as a Chinook Helicopter Mechanic1978-1981. Gold Star Mother of CW03 Jonathan Shelby Gibson, U.S.Navy Helicopter Pilot, killed in action September 22, 2013, Red Sea. Her second son recently retired from the U.S. Army as a Green Beret. Jo Ann currently lives in Vine Grove, Kentucky with her husband of 22 Years, and their Golden Retriever Cali Girl and German Shepherd Filly.

As a proud parent, she cherishes her role in a blended family, which includes her biological son and her wonderful stepchildren. In her free time, you will Find Jo Ann in the garden tending to her flowers or enjoying the beautiful View from their lakefront cabin.
